The PATHFINDER Team

Board Certified Chaplains, Life Coaches & Wellness Experts

At PATHFINDER, we are committed to helping people not feel alone in their walk through life.

Our approach is:

  1. Biblically informed coaching integrates principles and values from the Bible into the coaching process. It typically involves applying biblical teachings, wisdom, and values to guide individuals toward personal and spiritual growth.

  2. Evidence-informed coaching integrates the best available research evidence with professional expertise and client preferences to guide coaching practices and decisions.

  3. Trauma-informed coaching is the practice of understanding the presence of trauma in a coach-client relationship and using it as a guide for resilience and solution-forward resolution.

Therapists are trained mental health professionals to treat mental illness, trauma, or other significant emotional and relational concerns. - We are not therapists.

Our coaches are accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) with specific standards of ethics and competencies. We have complimentary training to help our clients realize their goals.

Coach practitioners help you build mental and spiritual fitness and seek to help you elevate performance in a specific area.  We explore the future and help you discover your potential to meet your goals.  We provide support, guidance, and accountability, helping clients clarify their goals, identify obstacles, and develop strategies for overcoming those obstacles

Tea Time

Let's sit together with God for a cup of peace.

Our team includes various professionals. We have life coaches with multiple areas of expertise, including Master NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and trauma-informed coaching. All of us are certified mindfulness professionals through the Center of Mind Body Medicine (CMBM), and some are board-certified chaplains through the Association of Certified Christian Chaplains (ACCC). Our passion is to help others in a way that honors God. Our calling is to serve with compassion and dignity, allowing the client to explore how to reach specific goals.
