Mindfulness for Stress Management


Offered every other month.

Discover how Christian mindfulness can help you manage stress and anxiety in your daily life with our Christian Mindfulness Group at Pathfinder. Our sessions meet once a week for three weeks and are offered once a month, providing you with the skills you need to regulate stress and anxiety. Prior to the sessions, we'll arrange a private meeting to ensure we understand your individual needs. Please note that a minimum of 4 participants is required to offer a group session.
