“The kingdom of God is not coming with signs to be observed… For behold, the kingdom of God is in your midst.”—Luke 17:20–21
A Gentle Reminder: You Are Already Home
Dear one, you don’t have to go far to find the Kingdom of God. You don’t have to strive, perform, or prove yourself worthy. According to Yeshua, the Kingdom is not something we chase down—it is something we wake up to. It is already within you.
There is something sacred and alive inside of you—planted by the hands of the Creator, sustained by His Spirit. You may feel tired. You may feel small. You may even feel forgotten. But none of that changes this truth: the Kingdom of God is already growing in the quiet soil of your heart.
You are not waiting on it. You are carrying it.
His Law, Written with Love
“I will put my Torah within them, and I will write it on their hearts. I will be their God, and they shall be my people.”—Jeremiah 31:33
This is not a Kingdom of rules but of relationship. God does not write His ways on cold stone anymore—He writes them on the soft flesh of your heart. He moves through your love, your tears, your longings, and even your questions. You are not a failure when you feel uncertain. You are not far when you feel empty. He has already made His dwelling in you.
This is grace. This is the Kingdom—alive inside the broken and the brave alike.
Hidden Story: Fire in the Prophet’s Bones
Jeremiah once tried to stay silent, wounded by rejection and grief. But he said,
“His word was in my heart like a fire… I was weary of holding it in; indeed, I could not.” (Jeremiah 20:9)
Sometimes the Kingdom doesn’t shout—it burns quietly. It flickers inside your spirit when you comfort a friend, when you speak truth in love, when you choose mercy. The Kingdom doesn’t always look majestic; sometimes it looks like faithful presence. A still, small flame.
Reflection & Journaling Prompts
Where have you been searching for the Kingdom “out there” when God is gently whispering, “I am here… within”?
How might you welcome the Spirit’s presence in your inner world this Shabbat—with no pressure, no expectations, just sacred presence?
In what ways do you feel the quiet fire of God burning within—urging you to love, to hope, to believe again?
“I will be their God, and they will be My people.”—Jeremiah 31:33
Beloved, this Shabbat is not a demand to be “more spiritual.” It is an invitation to come home—to the truth that you are not far from God. You never were. The Kingdom is near, because He has made His home in you.
So rest. Be still. Let your heart remember what your soul already knows:
The Kingdom of Heaven is already alive… inside of you.
