Sermon on the Mount Overview — Matthew 5–7

Yeshua, seated on the mountain, reveals the heart of the Kingdom of Heaven. He fulfills the Torah by bringing it to its deepest intention: not just external obedience, but inward transformation and radical love. This sermon is a covenantal call to live as light in the world, shaped by humility, mercy, trust, and holiness.

VI. Discipleship in the Kingdom (Matthew 7)

Do not judge hypocritically — Remove the plank from your eye.

Ask, seek, knock — God responds to childlike dependence.

Golden Rule — “Do to others what you would have them do to you.”

Two gates, two trees, two foundations — Discernment is essential.

The wise builder — Hearing Yeshua’s words and doing them is the foundation of true discipleship.
